Our heavy duty fully automatic CSR-750CNC stair router used for box stair construction and open stringer construction is designed to operate with speed, precision and minimal setup time. What operator has to do is simply pick the stair style, enter the rise, run and number of steps, insert the board and press Start button. As the machine takes over, two high-speed router motors simulta- neously rout both left and right hand stringer. The CSR-750CNC will also automatically index the material proper distance and appropriate number of treads. In case of open stair cycle, the stringers are fed one at the time. Bottom router cuts the board through, then top cutter routs the 45° riser relief if required. For this operation a tool change is required.

The CSR-750CNC is equipped with a 3-axis Industrial CNC package build by worldwide known FAGOR AUTOMATION S.Coop. In order to make operation of this machine as easy as possible the CNC unit is preprogrammed for most stair routing applications. However, the CSR-750CNC still retains full capability of editing existing programs and entering new ones. Supplied communication ports allow for easy backup of programs and parameters, networking, remote data entry and remote supervision. For feed speed controls the operator can choose between hardwood, laminate, and softwood.  However any time during machine operation he can override it by simply turning the control knob.
